Roasted Butternut Squash

Prep Time: 45 Minutes
1.Butternut squash, some oil or butter, some brown sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut squash in half or little pieces. Scoop out seeds and membrane. Place pieces on a baking sheet cut side up. Spread oil or butter on the pieces and then sprinkle them with some brown sugar and cinnamon. Roast for 45 minutes.
